Put ground meat in a large bowl.  Mix with rest of ingredients.  (If you are using Hackbraten-Fix, soak in ¼ l water and add only a dash of salt and pepper.  Otherwise, add 2 tsp salt and pepper to taste)  Shape into balls and roll in the bread crumbs until coated.  Place on a flat surface, flatten a bit and brown in oil on both sides about 15 minutes.  1 kg meat makes about 20 patties.  They can be served with dill potatoes.
